Real Hospitality Experience. Real AI Results.
Your hotel keeps working after your front desk goes home.
SHORE AI builds and runs AI assistants for hotel owners. For independents, that's calls and messages answered at 2 a.m., reviews handled the same day, and one morning report. For flagged hotels inside a conference or retail complex, it's the layer the brand doesn't touch: group demand, event quoting, tenants, and the whole plaza. Set up and managed by two people who have run hotels.
- Call — "Do you allow dogs?" Answered pet policy and fee. Booked 2 nights.
- Website chat — Late check-in question. Sent door code instructions to the guest in room 14.
- Google review — 2-star, noisy AC. Drafted reply in the owner's voice, queued for approval.
- Email — Group inquiry, 8 rooms in October. Pulled rates, sent a hold offer, flagged for the owner.
- Booking.com — No-show for room 22. Released the room, charged the deposit per policy.
- Text — "Wifi isn't working." Sent reset steps. Guest confirmed fixed.
- Housekeeping — Built today's board: 11 checkouts, 9 arrivals, 2 early requests.
- Morning report — Occupancy 71%, ADR $128. Two issues need a person. Sent to owner.
For independent hotels: what we take off your desk
None of this replaces your staff. It replaces the parts of their day that don't need a person, so the people you have can take care of guests.

The phone and the inbox
Was: a missed call at 11 p.m. and a guest who booked somewhere else by breakfast.Every call, email, text, and website chat gets answered around the clock, in your voice, with your actual rates, policies, and availability. If the guest wants a room, it's booked. If a person is needed, it hands off and tells you why.
-
Reviews
Was: forty unanswered reviews and a rating that drifts down.Every review on Google, TripAdvisor, and Booking gets a personal response the same day. Approve from your phone or let it run. Properties that answer every review outrank the ones that don't, and it's the first thing a prospective guest reads.
-
The morning report
Was: logging into the PMS, the bank, and three other systems before coffee. One message every morning: last night's occupancy and rate, today's arrivals and departures, any complaint or maintenance issue flagged overnight, and where the money went. Five minutes of reading instead of an hour of digging.

Whatever falls through the cracks at your property
Was: the thing you keep meaning to fix.No-shows, deposit follow-ups, housekeeping boards, group inquiries, invoices, vendor chasing, OTA rate parity. If it's repetitive and eats someone's time, we can build an assistant for it. Most are running within two weeks.
We've run hotels. That's the difference.
Most AI vendors sell one piece of software to hotel chains with IT departments. We walk your property, read your P&L, pick the tools that actually pay, build what doesn't exist, and stay accountable for the result.
The brand runs the rooms. Nobody runs the complex.
If you own a Hilton, Marriott, or IHG flag inside a conference center or mixed-use plaza, the franchise already handles the PMS, the app, and the guest messaging. What it doesn't handle is everything that makes your complex worth more than the sum of its hotels. That's where we work.
-
Conference and event demand
Was: waiting for RFPs to arrive and quoting each one by hand.An assistant that watches for conferences, tournaments, corporate offsites, and association meetings looking for space in your market, matches them to your ballroom and room blocks, and drafts the outreach. Then a quoting assistant that turns an inquiry into a priced proposal, with overflow routed to your sister properties, in minutes instead of days.
-
Retail and pad-site tenants
Was: a broker listing and a vacancy that sits.Site-selection data has been our business since the 1990s. We build a tenant-matching engine that uses your complex's own foot traffic, group calendar, and trade-area demographics to identify the restaurants, services, and retailers that fit, and puts a data-backed case in front of them.
-
Local demand and pricing forecast
Was: the brand's revenue system, which doesn't know about the event across the parking lot.A forecast that layers your conference calendar, local events, and tenant activity on top of the brand's numbers, so you can push rate, hold blocks, and staff the complex ahead of demand the flag can't see.
-
Complex-wide marketing
Was: each hotel marketed by its brand, the plaza marketed by no one.One campaign engine for the whole property: search, OTA listings the brand allows you to influence, event pages, and tenant promotions, all pointed at the same calendar. Meeting planners and locals see one destination, not two logos and a parking lot.
We work alongside your franchise systems, never inside them. Nothing we build touches brand-controlled guest channels or requires a waiver from the flag.
How it works
-
Property walk-through
Week 1We visit, or work through it with you by video. We look at what you look at: RevPAR, labor cost, review scores, and where the money is leaking. You get a written plan with what we'd automate first and what it's worth.
-
Build and connect
Weeks 2–3We set up the assistants, connect them to your PMS, phone, channels, and review sites, and train them on your property: rooms, rates, pet policy, parking, the way you talk to guests. You approve everything before it goes live.
-
We run it with you
OngoingWe monitor, tune, and send the morning report. When something breaks or a guest does something new, you call us. Monthly, you see what was handled and what it saved.
Pricing
Two numbers, no surprises. Software subscriptions are passed through at cost so you always know what the tools cost versus what we cost.
Walk-through and setup
- On-site or video property review and written plan
- Assistants built, connected, and trained on your property
- Your approval on every script and policy before launch
- Staff shown how to hand off and take over
Ongoing management
- Monitoring and tuning of every assistant
- The morning report and same-day review responses
- A person to call when something breaks
- Monthly summary of hours handled and revenue captured
For conference complexes and multi-property owners, engagements are scoped as a fixed build fee per tool with a performance bonus tied to booked group revenue or leased space, plus an optional retainer. For owners turning around a distressed property, part of our fee can be tied to measured results over a baseline. Ask us about either on the walk-through.
When we walk a property we're looking at the same things you are: revenue per available room, labor cost, review scores, and where the money is leaking. AI is just the tool that lets us fix those faster than we could when we were doing it by hand.

Who we are
SHORE AI is owned and run by Bill and Samantha Shore, who ran hotels together before they ever built an AI assistant. For decades, they've partnered with individual investors as operating managers on commercial properties: hotels, RV parks, manufactured housing parks and communities, and self-storage facilities. Bill got into the GIS data industry in 1993 pioneering the demographic and site-selection analytics that still shape how the two of them evaluate a property today.
